We are happy people!
We all began our day by coloring some circles. In the morning we tried to
fill in the circles. In the afternoon we made one circle a happy face, one
a sad face and a face of our choosing on the third. Then we used water
colors to paint over our pictures. We didn't know what would happen.
Would the paint cover our coloring?

We are working on a special project for the school carnival silent auction. Thank you to our parent volunteers, Patty & Jackie!

The morning class sang color songs, the alphabet and a new chant about counting. We did some name work and met a new classmate today!

We completed calendar & worked on alphabet fluency in the afternoon. When we worked on our names in the afternoon, we got a surprise...
our spring pictures!

Someone could read his classmates names!

We had fun dancing the freeze! You can dance any way you want when there
is music. When the music stops, you must freeze (like  popsicle)!
It is so fun!

Miss Kathy shared the Happy book today. We all took turns saying something that makes us happy. It seems many of us feel happy when we have special foods, play with our pets and are with our families.

We worked on tracing shapes in the morning.
Then we had some free play time!

We practiced making capital "A" with the wooden pieces in the afternoon. Tomorrow, before we can play at Fun Friday, we will independently do
the "A" page in our schoolbooks!
We remembered to start our letters at the top!
"Is this the top?"

Have a happy evening!
