Terrific Tuesday!

 

We all loved starting our day outside on the playground!

The afternoon class had to wait for outside play time because a swarm of bees visited the school playground in the middle of the day!

It was fun to play a quick game of red light, green light on our way out!

 

 

 

                     

 

Let's get the sand out of our shoes.

 

 

The morning class sang our learning songs. We enjoyed a movement

break by shaking our scarves and moving fast & slow.

 

 

The afternoon class worked on alphabet fluency with capital and lower

case letters. We also completed a calendar lesson. We enjoyed a

movement break by shaking our sillies out!

 

 

This week we are studying another emotion that we all feel sometimes...

ANGER!

We talked about how our bodies feel when we are angry.

 We need to calm down. One way is to take deep breaths. We even

practiced some deep breathing. We also learned that it is never

okay to act on our angry feelings.

Take a big breath to calm down.

 

We practiced some counting in the morning. We explored some tubs

all about numbers. They were fun! We will do it again!

 

 

In the afternoon we worked to catch everyone up on either writing capital

"M" & "N" or drawing diamonds & triangles.

 

 

 

 

 

We had a nice day learning together!
