FUN FRIDAY!!

 

We started our morning with Fun Friday!

 

 

The afternoon class quickly finished the capital "A" in their school books, that we didn't finish yesterday. Then, Fun Friday play!

 

                                        

 

We sang our learning songs and had a partner challenge with

 blocks, in the morning.

Whose turn is it? Who can build a tall tower?

 

 

We completed the calendar and ABC work in the afternoon. We enjoyed

singing the Letter Sounds song.

 

 

We had a good time practicing our skills and singing. If you're happy and you know it stand on one foot, gallop with me, tip-toe...

 

 

Miss Kathy shared a book that talked about different feelings that we all have.

 

 

 

 

Miss Julie and her morning group read a story about feelings and they

 practiced identifying emotions.

 

Miss Kathy & Miss Cindy worked with very small groups on

counting and numeral identification.

 

 

We finished our morning with some free play!

 

 

In the afternoon Miss Julie and her group read a book about feelings. They watched a Pixar short. It helped the children see emotions without looking at people faces. It was a big hit!

 

Miss Kathy & Miss Cindy had their groups practice drawing

triangles and diamonds.
