The day before...

Today we started our day with a story. Who carves the turkey at your house? A saber tooth tiger, an elephant, a shark or Grandpa?

We sang our circle songs and completed calendar.

The afternoon class completed a graph to find out who had eaten pie before. Seven people had and five people had not. We described the results using the math words "more" & "fewer". But, after today, everyone would be a "yes"!

Miss Kathy shared a poster that showed us what it would be like to be a Pilgrim child. It was a lot of work, but they found time to play, too!

We played some games that Pilgrim children played.

Ninepins...

Marbles...

Bubbles!

We made personal apple pies with Miss Julie. Making food is fun. Maybe we can help you make our feast tomorrow.

We did some cutting and gluing as we put the pictures in order to show how we made our pies.

Our pies were delicious!

Happy Thanksgiving!
Thank you for sending your sweet little ones to us each day and for being so supportive of our program.
