A doctor is a community helper!

We started our day getting our fingers warmed up by building with blocks.

The afternoon class wrote their names.

We completed our morning songs and calendar in the afternoon.

Miss Kathy dressed up like a doctor! She read a book telling about what a doctor might do during his day. In the afternoon we got to check out some real x-rays. WOW!

We became surgeons and did some operating with Miss Elaine. One poor fellow had a frog in his throat and another had butterflies in his stomach.

We became expert doctors as we identified some of the
tools a doctor might use.
We even did it blindfolded!

Miss Cindy & Miss Vicki led our junior doctors in some exercises. Doctors need to stay strong & healthy so they can take care of us when we need them.

Taking care of others makes for a very, busy day!
