Artists at work!!

 

 

Creative juices were flowing as we created beautiful collages when we arrived at school. Artists use a lot of fine motor skills as they color, cut and glue.

 

 

 

At circle, the morning class learned the YELLOW song and did yellow turtle talking. The afternoon class completed the calendar and practiced identifying and writing numerals.

 

 

We have been focusing on answering "WHO?" questions. Miss Julie told a story about  a wolf that tried to out smart three little pigs!

 

Miss Kathy read a fun riddle book in the morning. We had to decide "WHO?" could do different actions. We learned that animals can swim, fly, hop, crawl & slither. Guess what...we can, too!

The morning class had some kitchen time. Everyone enjoyed playing dress up!

The afternoon class took a few minutes for quiet book time. They "read" a book to a buddy (a stuffed animal toy).

We had fun all the way to the "tail end"!!!
