Another day of fun and friends...

We had an exciting start to our day with the sensory table. We explored dry materials-rice, beans, flour and corn kernels. There was also some cool green flubber!

We had some letter builders in the afternoon. We also sang a song to helps remember how to start letters when we write them.
Where do you start your letters? At the top!

We sang our morning circle songs and completed the calendar in the afternoon.

Miss Kathy read a book about different animals and how they move. We had fun moving like some of the animals. We slithered like a snake, crawled like a dog or cat and hopped like a baby chick!

In the morning we worked on our pre-writing strokes. We made vertical lines, horizontal lines, crosses and circles.

In the afternoon we worked on our names. We cut out our letters, ordered them to spell our names, then glued them down.

We had juicy, red strawberries and veggie straws for snack!
