1, 2, Buckle My Shoe...

 

We all enjoyed sitting down together to paint some pretty pictures, with water colors, when we arrived at school.

 

                         

 

The afternoon students also wrote their names.

 

 

 

We sang our morning songs and completed the calendar in the afternoon.

 

 

We read the nursery rhyme 1, 2 buckle my shoe.

 

 

 

 

Miss Elaine brought a fun game with some little penguins. We had to use a cool tool to flip the penguins and then we turned the tool over and used it to try to pick up the penguins.

 

 

 

In the morning, we played the color game with Miss Kathy.She had some fun little objects, of different colors, hidden inside the tag bags. We used our fine motor muscles to open the different fasteners on the bags. Then we sorted the objects by color.

 

 

In the afternoon, we sorted our letter fonts and glued them on our papers.

 

 

The morning class had some time for free play. There was lots of interest in our new microwave in the kitchen area!

 

 

Whew...it was a very busy day!
