TRANSPORTATION !!
WHERE DO THEY GO ?

Our morning began with setting up a scene at the light table.
We also created with the shape blocks.

Our afternoon began with capital letters on the light table. Some of us
got creative and made patterns! We could also choose to work with ABC
 puzzles and beads. For children that are working on learning more about
 their names and letters, we are going to solve our name puzzles. We will
 match and order the letters of our first names.

Miss Melani brought snowballs today! We had a great snowball battle!

We needed a little calming yoga, in the afternoon, after that fun snowball battle!

We completed our morning circle by singing our songs. We worked on our names and speaking in a complete sentence.

The afternoon class enjoyed singing our learning songs and
 completing the calendar. We are learning to write a letter "E" with our school books, so Miss Kathy showed us some tips to make it easy. We sang "Where Do You Start Your Letters?" to remind us that ALL capital letters start from the top.

Miss Kathy shared a fun story about a train. I wonder WHERE it will go next!

Miss Julie played "Where Do They Go?" with the morning class and her Wednesday afternoon group. We worked on increasing our vocabulary by learning the names of many transportation vehicles. Then we practiced answering the big question about where these vehicles travel;
in the sky, in the water or on the land.

Miss Kathy & Miss Cindy worked with their Wednesday groups writing the capital letter "E". We built the letter with a big line and three little lines. The little lines are placed "horizontally". Next, we used the wet-dry-try strategy with the slates. Finally, we completed the pages in our school books.

We had a great day!
I can't wait for tomorrow!
