FUN FRIDAY !!

 

Our morning started with lots of fun exploring in the sensory tubs!

We also had the opportunity to ride the trike, ride in or pull the wagon!

 

 

The afternoon began with free choice play!

Many of us also completed our name puzzles.

 

 

At morning circle we sang some color songs & the alphabet song, did some name work, and counted in our whisper phones, too. Then it was time to move, so we had a parade. We marched around the room while playing a tambourine! We danced The Freeze.

 

 

In the afternoon circle we sang some songs and completed the calendar lesson. We sang "Where Do You Start Your Letters?" in preparation for writing

 in our school books.

 

In the morning, we were invited to attend a dress rehearsal for a play presented by Mrs. Breen's class. We enjoyed watching the big kids present Arthur's Thanksgiving Play. It made us laugh. We were a respectful audience!

 

 

In the morning, Miss Julie played a game called, "Where is the feather?"

Is it under, over, in or behind the tractor? We had fun hiding our eyes

while she put it in one of the places. Then we matched the tail feathers

 to the correct color turkey.

Miss Kathy read a silly turkey story this afternoon. We listened for rhymes

 & practiced counting backwards from 10 with the story!

 

 

Miss Julie's Friday group had fun with rhyming word family turkeys!

 

 

Miss Kathy & Miss Cindy's groups worked on writing capital "H"

in our school books.

 

I'm making a colorful house!

 

It was a very fun day and a nice ending to a busy week!
