Transportation Projects Start !

 

We are going to be working on a multi-day project about transportation.

 We will be using our fine & visual motor skills and our creativity to produce

 a class collage! It will feature different types of transportation. Each child

 will also be making a small collage to bring home. Today we got the water, roads and railroad tracks done!

 

 

 

In the morning we explored some different vehicles.

We sorted and counted.

 

 

The afternoon class explored the alphabet with a variety of materials.

 

 

At morning circle we sang our songs. Then we used the whisper phones to

count our transportation cards. We counted cars, trucks, trains, airplanes,

 bikes and busses.

 

 

The afternoon class completed the calendar, after we sang our songs.

 

Miss Kathy shared a book about a little train that helped some toys go over the mountain. He said, "I think I can."

 

 

 

 

We certainly stayed busy today!
