A bug on the rug....bugs everywhere.
We are excited to begin a new unit of study today.

We started our day finding matching bugs inside the tag bags. We had to use our finger skills to open those tricky bags. We enjoyed coloring our matching bugs with colored pencils.
We are going to be learning all about bugs. There will be a BIG surprise tomorrow!!!
This morning we counted bugs and worked with numbers. We also had fun making patterns with our bugs!
We sang our circle songs and the afternoon class completed the calendar. We welcomed our newest friend, Gabe, today!
Miss Kathy read tow books today. They were about bugs!

Wow good luck with Abi, if you show any real bugs at home she freaks out over a fly, ants any bug.
ReplyDeleteHahaha....I already know! I remewmber when you told me at the beginning of the year about the ants & bite. When I asked each child if they liked bugs, Abi told me about the ant bites. It has really stuck with her. Hopefully she will like our big surprise today!
