Another fun day at school!

We started our day warming up our fingers working in putty. We pulled out pennies and put them in the penny bank.

We sang our circle songs. We had fun moving slowly and fast,
 with some floaty scarves!

Miss Kathy brought a new friend for us to meet. It was Little Critter. We enjoyed a story about his family.

We did some cutting and ordering the letters of our names.

In the morning we heard a high pitched alarm. The school was evacuated until the alarm could be located and turned off. It was fun to sit under a tree with our friends. In the afternoon we had a little time for free play.

As always we enjoyed our snach of bananas and
sang our new good-bye song: Happy Trails!

This is our class wall this year.
We all fit together to make an awesome class!

Hello everyone and welcome to Miss Kathy's blog. Miss Kathy was out today but we were lucky to have Miss Deb fill in. She knows the routine and loves to take pictures! We started the day with puzzles and letter fun.

Then it was circle time. We sang our ABC's, and said our names into a microphone.

Miss Melani came today we got to jump, climb, run, and roll our way through a really fun obstacle course.

Miss Julie read a story about a really groovy cat named Pete. He can play guitar and drive a bus. This was an especially fun story because we all got to sing the story.

Then we danced the "Freeze."

Right before our snack of pretzels and raspberries (the raspberries gave some of us the shivers) we played a game with Miss Julie. In the morning class we followed directions like "Put your hand on the red circle," and "Put your head on the yellow circle."
In the afternoon class pairs drew cards to see which body parts got glued together. It was a very silly game.

Have a great evening!
