SERIOUS FUN DAY!

 

Our morning started with a calm activity to work our fine motor/visual perception skills...puzzles. Some children also chose books.

 

 

The afternoon began with some alphabet fluency work with a partner.

 

 

Then the big fun began. Ms. Melani took us shaving cream skating!

(That's why we smelled like a freshly shaven man :)

Wow, that was a sensory & balance extravaganza!

 

 

 

 

 

 

We enjoyed a re-read of one of our favorite stories from earlier this year!

 

 

Miss Julie had a fun review of all of the different feelings that

 we have been studying!

 

Miss Kathy & Miss Cindy had fun building Super Mat Man

 with their morning groups!

 

 

Miss Kathy & Miss Cindy watched as their afternoon group

independently completed their sound sorts from yesterday. After their

 work was checked, they were able to glue their pictures down. As they

 bring their papers home to show you, ask them about the sounds and

how they decided where to put each picture. You will be proud!
