THURSDAY!

Today we worked on a special, secret project. We had to write our names, do some paper tearing (a tricky fine motor skill), cutting & gluing. These projects will come home tomorrow. They are for the special moms in our lives. You can look at them tomorrow and enjoy Mother's Day Weekend!

 

 

 

 

Miss Melani brought a different motor activity for us today! We each got a punch ball balloon and a small piece of swimming pool noodle. We batted the balloon all around. Everyone was exhausted at the end, but we had a blast!

This is an awesome activity for you to try at home on hot summer days.

It's called CONTROLLED CHAOS!

 

Let's take a calm down breath...

 

 

The morning class enjoyed singing the ABC's & some color songs. We counted to 20 and did some name work.

 

The afternoon class did some alphabet work, completed calendar and did some name work.

 

Miss Kathy shared a sweet book about animals and their mothers.

Does an elephant have a mother, too?

How about a monkey or a swan?

 

 

We enjoyed working and playing together today!
