What can you do in the snow?

We began our day exploring with Play-Do. We flattened, rolled and cut the play-do. It's a nice way to warm up our fingers.

Some morning students practiced their cutting skills.

The afternoon students wrote their names.

We sang our circle songs in the morning. We also used some big and little wooden lines to practice spatial concepts. We had to be good listeners! We had helpers to pass out & collect the wooden pieces.

The afternoon class completed the calendar. We danced
The Freeze with rainbow ribbons.

We looked at a poster that showed some pictures of things to make in the snow. There was a picture of the biggest snowman ever!!

The afternoon class had fun making 3 snowmen. There was cutting, gluing and coloring for this project! They could even do more coloring at home!

The morning class made a pretty collage by listening to directions. "Find the little blue circle." The students are becoming collage masters!

The afternoon class enjoyed playing outside in the chilly weather!
