It's c-c-cold outside...

It took us awhile to get all of our hats, gloves & mittens off when we arrived. We warmed up our fingers with beads, wind ups, tops & rice.

We enjoyed singing our songs at circle. We reviewed patterns with the Pattern Dance. The morning kids made a pattern with blue & pink snowflakes. The afternoon kids added a white snowflake to the pattern. The afternoon class also learned a new song, with a fun reggae beat, about letter sounds.

When Winter Comes.

We made snowmen today. The morning class used cotton balls and the afternoon class cut paper circles.

More snowmen are arriving at school. They are all unique and fun! I hope to see the rest of the snowmen come in during this week.

We enjoyed our applesauce snack with a straw!
