The Coconut Kids!
We explored the shapes and 4 Squares again today. We made a rectangle with two triangles. We discovered that 4 small squares together can make a big square!
We had circle and then Miss Kathy read a funny book about a frog that wanted to play in the snow.
His Mom reminded him that frogs sleep through the winter, but he went outside anyway. He kept forgetting all the warm clothes he should wear. His Mom would call him back in the house, "FROOOOGGGGY!" He would answer, "WWHHAAATTTT???"

In the morning we worked on drawing triangles. They have 3 sides & 3 corners. We always start at the top.
We turned our triangles into Christmas trees!
In the afternoon, we got to write in our new school book. We practiced following directions and making a cross. We also practiced writing our names.

We ate some fresh strawberries for snack. We practiced holding on to the green leaves & biting the yummy red fruit!
It was so fun to go outside & play in the warm sunshine today!
I know Ben wore this shirt two days in a row, but I couldn't stop him! LOL.
