Busy morning...
We made some rubbings from Christmas cards to warm up our fingers. It is very tricky keeping the crayon laying flat.

We are singing some Christmas songs together. We use our jingle bell braclets as we sing Jingle Bells. Today we started learning Up On The Housetop. You might want to brush up on the words to these songs because we will sing them at our sing-along on December 20. Look in your child's backpack today for a special invitation.

We had fun practicing catching, throwing and kicking balls.

Miss Kathy read a story about a cute little bear getting all ready for Christmas. He was surprised when he woke up to his presents on Christmas morning!

We reveiwed our numbers to five. Then we wrote the numbers on five little Christmas trees. We cut on the lines and the put the numbers back in order and glued them on a piece of paper. It would be very helpful if you would have your child practice touching and counting the trees a few more times. You can also help your child practice writing the numbers. Just use a different color marker and write right on top of the numbers.
