Fun Friday!!

We enjoyed reading and rhyming today with the book, Come Rhyme With Me.

There were fun illustrations and we had to come up with the missing rhyme word as we went all through the alphabet.

"B is for bear sitting on a rug,

Eating all your chocolate and waiting for a _ _ _."

"Z is for zebra who loves her stripes, of course.

Without them, a zebra would just look like a _ _ _ _ _."

Everyone enjoyed making a collage today.

We practiced our cutting & gluing skills.

We practiced identifying and air writing our numerals.



Our number cards all have a fun poem/chant & a visual cue to help us remember them. For example this one is "fat old five goes down, around, put a hat on top."



Miss Julie brought a feely bag. We had to reach inside & try to find an item that feels "the same" and is a "match" to the one she gave us. We practiced describing how our item felt. We also had some time to relax & enjoy some good books! Have a happy weekend & I hope you find some time to enjoy a good book, too.
